    4-aminopyridine (4-AP) is one of the three isomers of aminopyridine and is in a colorless solid state. Through this study, the mechanism of action of 4-AP as a nucleation derivative of Ag was identified, and transmittance, sheet resistance, and surface roughness were improved. And the interfacial adhesion between the Ag thin film and PEN was improved. 4-bipyridine (4-BP), like 4-AP, is a colorless solid state and a single molecular adhesive. In this experiment, Al2O3 and SiNx, which are mainly used as encapsulation thin films, were deposited to a very thin thickness of several nm, and 4-BP was interposed therebetween to improve the interfacial adhesion as well as the organic thin film, thereby improving the encapsulation effect.

    Development of a dispenser pump capable of continuous operation with a maximum frequency of 300Hz, utilizing a piezoelectric material with no overheating, high displacement, and low hysteresis (low loss). The pulse time for pump operation is calculated as Rising Time + On time + Falling time / 1 Pulse time + Dot interval delay time. Acquisition of technology elements enabling high-resolution hybrid multi-nozzle concept and jetting/line width implementation through MEMS-based processes, integrating with MicroLEDs.
