The speed of material development is the key to manufacturing competitiveness, and because the time and cost of material development can be dramatically reduced by utilizing data-based technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence, Korea is also pursuing innovation in materials research and development through data and AI. Our materials research data platform business unit seeks to contribute to creating a data-based materials research innovation ecosystem by building a platform for collecting, sharing, and utilizing materials research data at the national level and supporting the development of materials design and application technologies using the platform.
